MetLife approached my team to help them re-imagine their next generation digital presence, looking not only at a fresher articulation of their brand, but a tighter market position in what is an incredibly competitive market. As the oldest insurer in the world, MetLife have an impressive heritage and company values, but struggle to break out of the industry stereotype and get real. Our central focus was on genuine, honest, human, dialogue, stories and simple, fresh, intuitive content.
